Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles and close deals.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Spanish, both speaking and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
Knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, solution development, and closing.
A self-starter with a positive attitude, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to use a computer and navigate software programs, such as CRM systems, with ease.
